Agency

The AI service your clients are going to ask you for. With your name on it.

Mador measures your clients on twelve assistants and puts them all on one screen: who's going up, who's going down, what to do first. The reports carry your brand, the agents write the answers that are missing, and you sell it as a service of your own.

A new service to sell tomorrow

Your clients have already heard of ChatGPT, and sooner or later they'll ask whether they show up in it. With Mador you have the answer, with the numbers for their area, and a service to put on the invoice without building anything.

The report carries your signature

Your logo and your name at the top of the report. The first thing the client sees is this: their agency spotted the problem before anyone else.

Clients who stay

Every measurement brings a new number to show. A client who can see the work moving doesn't go looking for another agency.

More clients, more margin

Terms improve with every client you bring. They're agreed face to face, and they grow as your agency grows.

Thirty days, and there's a new service on your price list.

Nothing to set up, no course to take. Here's what happens, from day one.

  1. Day one

    You send us your clients

Name, area and type of business, and they show up in your list. From then on the platform does the work, not you.

  2. The first few days

    The numbers arrive

For each client, how often the assistants name them and who they name instead. It's something no agency has ever shown them before.

  3. The first week

You call the ones who need you

Every client on one line, with the arrow next to them. You know who's losing ground before they notice it themselves.

  4. Every measurement

You send the report with your signature

Laid out, one per client, with your brand at the top. The client sees an agency that looks after them, even while you're on holiday.

  5. End of the month

    You sell the next step

The number is there, the explanation is already written, the next move is ready. All that's left for you is to pitch it.

More clients, no more work.

Looking after twenty clients today means twenty accounts, spreadsheets updated by hand and copy written one piece at a time. With Agency the platform measures all of them, the agents write what each one is missing, and you approve. Your time goes on clients, not on repetitive work.

Without Agency

One account per client. All the work, by hand.

Measuring, checking, writing, sending the report, for every client, every time. The more clients you take on, the more hours you need.

With Agency

One login for everyone. The work, already done.

The report you send

The full report, with your letterhead at the top: every assistant, every question, how it went. No layout to do. You send it to the client as it is, and to them it's your agency's work.

Real measurement of a tattoo studio, Rome, September 22, 2026. The Artistink Media letterhead shows how yours will look.
[03]

The work arrives done. What's left for you is the part you invoice.

Reports, alerts, certificates, monthly summaries: the platform prepares them on its own, client by client, and hands them over the moment they're needed. You forward them, show them, sell them.

  1. As soon as the measurement closes

The report is ready. You forward it.

Laid out, with your letterhead, one per client. What used to cost you half a day every month is now a single click.

  2. When a client moves

    You know before they do.

If they go up, you have good news to share. If they go down, you already have the fix to propose. The alert only comes when it matters, so you never stop reading it.

  3. When the client wants to show it off

The certificate that brings customers to them, and credit to you.

A page with their measurement and the date, for their website and social channels. They show it proudly, and whoever reads it understands there's an agency at work behind it.

  4. At the end of the month

The answer to the question every client asks.

“What did I pay for this month?” Client by client, what went out, what moved, what was published. It's the page that turns a subscription into a renewal.

[04]

The right thing to say, already written.

Faced with their number, every client asks the same question: “so what?” The platform gives you the answer ready for every situation. You say it, and you come across as someone who has everything under control.

14/60

«When someone asks an assistant for a recommendation like yours, today it names you in 14 answers out of 60. This is where we start, and this is what we'll measure every step against.»

To say at the first measurement

21/60↑7

«You're up by seven. The answer we published last month is working, and now we'll use it on the next question.»

To say when the number goes up

9/60

«You've dropped because a site that used to mention you stopped doing it. We know which one, and the plan to win it back is already in place.»

To say when the number goes down

17/60

«There's a question your customers ask often where today you never come up. That's where it pays to move, before your competitors do.»

To say when it's time for the next step

Growth grows a business. Agency grows your agency.

Growth is for people who run a business and want more customers. Agency is for people who look after many and want to take on more, in the same time and with their own name on everything.

[05]

You see everything. The client sees you.

We know your clients are the most valuable thing you have, and you'd never put them in front of someone who might take them away. That's why it works the other way round here. You have everything in view. In the report and the emails they only see your name.

On your side

All your clients, the way you know them.

  • Who's doing well, and who needs a phone call
  • The next step for each one, with the copy ready to approve
  • When something changes, you see the report before it goes out.
  • Everyone's alerts, in one place

On the client's side

Only what you send them.

  • Their number, explained in plain words
  • How much they've grown since you started working together
  • The certificate to show their own customers, if they'd like to

They don't see your other clients, and what they receive carries your name at the top. For them, you're the one they deal with.

Where your clients' customers ask their questions

Twelve assistants, from ChatGPT to Copilot. The same questions for each of your clients, so you can really compare them side by side.

The questions we get

How many clients can I put in?

As many as you look after. There is no number written somewhere that stops you: if the row gets longer we notice and we talk about it, and what changes is the terms, not the tool.

Does the report really go out under my name?

Yes, your brand sits at the top. Underneath there's a small line saying who took the measurement, like the lab's signature on a blood test.

Does my client see my other clients?

No, and they do not even know how many there are. They see their own number, how it was before, and the certificate with their name. Everything else stays yours.

How do I add a client?

You send us the name, the area and the type of business, and the client appears in your list. The first measurement starts on its own.

Who writes the copy for my clients?

The platform's agents do, one by one, on the questions where that client doesn't show up today. Before anything goes live you read it, and if something doesn't sit right you change it. Otherwise a yes is enough.

If a client leaves, what happens to their readings?

They stay. A reading is a photograph of one day, and deleting it would mean no longer being able to say what was true back then. They drop off the list, not out of the archive.

Do you measure clients all together or one at a time?

One at a time, with the questions their own customers really ask: a dentist and a law firm aren't searched for the same way. What stays the same for everyone is the yardstick, not the questions.

Can I show a client the screen with everyone on it?

There is no way to do it by accident: that screen is yours and nobody else's. The client gets their own report, and if they want to show their reading around there is the certificate.

And if a client slips instead of climbing?

The platform tells you, and tells you which question they stopped showing up on. A service that only alerts you when things go well is a service you're not watching, and the first to notice would be the client.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many clients you bring and on what you need, so there is no price written here. You send us two lines, we talk, and we come out with a number. We do not send you a price list dressed up as a quote.

Do I have to change how I work?

Not really. Instead of opening one tool per client you open just one, and the copy is already written when you get there. What you send your clients stays the same, it just takes you much less time.

Coming soon for your agency.

The platform grows every week, and these two features are already being built. When they arrive they come into the terms you already have, for all your clients.

COMING SOON

Ads in the assistants

On the questions where one of your clients doesn't show up, you'll be able to buy the space under the answer, right from here. How much to spend is up to you and the client.

COMING SOON

An agent for every client

It keeps an eye on the client's account, and when something changes it writes to you and suggests what to do. Then you decide.

Tell us how many clients you look after.

A couple of lines is enough, how many there are and what they do. A person will reply, not an automatic price list.
