When something moves, you know
You don't have to remember to look. Every round the new measurement is compared with the one before, and if something changed you get an email: your number, a new name among those that always come up, a question you used to come up on and now don't. 01How often does what ChatGPT says about a business change?
More often than it seems. On the same question, a few minutes apart, whoever sits at the edge of the list drops in and out. That is why a single measurement is a snapshot, and the Monitor takes it again every two weeks, always with the same questions.
02If I publish something, how long before I see it in the answers?
There is no guaranteed time, and anyone who promises one is guessing. Assistants pick up material when they happen to: a new page can show up in a week or in two months. The round every two weeks is there precisely to see when it happens, instead of waiting for it.
03How do I know if a competitor has overtaken me?
The list of who gets recommended in your area is redone every round, with your name in its place. If someone moves ahead of you, you see it in the row, and you get an email without having to open anything.
04If the number doesn't move for months, what good is it?
Knowing it is stuck is a result: it means what is online so far hasn't shifted the answers, and that different material is needed instead of waiting. A stuck number that is measured is worth more than a number you don't have.
05What do the agents publish, and where?
