How the Partner Program works

You bring a business to Mador and you get 50% of its first payment. Then 30% of every renewal, for as long as it stays a customer and your partner account is active. There is no limit on the number of months.

In euros, at today's prices. A business that takes Monitor at €59 a month brings you €29.50 the first month and €17.70 every month after. One on Growth, at €249, brings you €124.50 and then €74.70. If the one on Growth stays 12 months, that is €946.20 from a single customer: the first payment and 11 renewals. The sum is done on the price before VAT, net of any discount.

When a customer is yours

There are two routes. The first is your link. You send it over WhatsApp, by email, however suits you, and if the business takes a plan within 60 days it is yours. The 60 days hold if they accepted cookies. If they did not, the link holds for that visit.

The second is a scan you run yourself. From your area you scan a business without asking for its email. The report comes to you, and you are the one who passes it on. If the business takes a plan starting from that report, the customer is yours, even if your link was never clicked. Mador does not write to the business: it only does if the business leaves its own email on the report.

Why the scan is worth more than the link

A link asks someone to trust you and go and look. The report reaches them already done, about their own business: how many times the assistants said its name, and who they named when it was missing. The other names are written right there. You do not have to persuade the owner of a pizzeria that the problem exists, because they are reading the name of the pizzeria across the road.

You can run up to 20 of these scans a day and 200 a month. There is no approval to wait for: you sign up with a name and an email and the link is yours straight away.

When the money arrives

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. If the payment is refunded or disputed within those 30 days, the commission is cancelled. The transfer goes out once a month, when the payable balance reaches at least 50 euros. Below that the balance stays where it is and is added to the following month. In your area every commission has its status written next to it: pending, payable, paid.

What is left out

Commissions apply to Monitor, to Growth and to the listed add-ons. Agency is excluded. Only new customers count, and you are not a customer of your own: if the email or the card on the payment is yours, there is no commission. There is one level only, so you earn on the customers you bring and not on the ones another partner brings. And you cannot promise results to anybody, because nobody can guarantee how an assistant will talk about a business.
