Partner Program terms

1. Who can join
Anyone, with no approval. You sign up with your name and email, accept these terms and get your link straight away.
2. What you earn
50% of the first payment of the customer you bring, and 30% of every following renewal, as long as the customer pays and your partner account is active.
Commissions apply to Monitor, Growth and listed add-ons. Agency is excluded. They are calculated on the price paid excluding VAT, after discounts.
3. When a customer is yours
With consent to marketing cookies, your link saves a cookie for 60 days; without it, it only counts during the visit in which it's clicked. If the same person clicks links from different partners, the last one counts.
Without a cookie, it also counts when someone starts a plan within 60 days of a scan made through your link, or of a scan you ran for their business.
Only new customers count: someone already paying Mador before your link is not a customer you brought. A customer stays yours for as long as they pay.
4. When a commission is payable
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment.
If within those days the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled, fully or in proportion. If it happens later, the amount comes off your balance, even below zero; a negative balance is offset by later commissions.
5. How you get paid
Once a month, by bank transfer to the IBAN you enter in your area, when your payable balance reaches at least €50. Below the threshold the balance carries over to the following months.
You are responsible for the taxes on the commissions you receive and, where required, for the tax documents that go with them.
6. No self-referral, one level only
You don't earn commissions on your own purchases: if the email, the Stripe customer or the payment card match yours, there is no commission.
You only earn on the customers you bring. There are no commissions on customers brought by other Mador partners, nor on partners who sign up from your link.
7. Scans for a business
From your area you can run a scan for a business without its email. The report comes to you, and you are the one who passes it on. Mador doesn't write to a business that hasn't left its own email.
Only scan businesses that exist, and don't tell the business that Mador contacted it.
8. How you can talk about Mador
You can suggest Mador to anyone you like, but you follow the laws on commercial communications of your country: no mass mailings to people who haven't given consent, where the law forbids it.
You can't send spam, in any form.
You can't run paid ads on the name «Mador», its variants or misspellings, nor use it in a domain or a username.
You can't promise results: positions, guaranteed mentions, number of customers. Nobody can guarantee how an assistant talks about a business.
You can't present yourself as Mador, or as someone who works for Mador.
9. Suspension
If Mador receives complaints about the way you promote it, or sees use that goes against these terms, your partner account can be suspended.
From that day your link no longer records new customers and you earn no new commissions; those still pending are cancelled. Those already payable stay yours, unless there is fraud.
10. Your data
Your name, email and bank details are used only to run the program and pay you. Your IBAN never appears in full on the site's pages.
11. Changes
These terms can change. A change is announced to you by email before it applies, and it doesn't touch commissions already earned.
